well i havent really seen anything about this game yet so ill start..

anyone getting it when it comes out? it comes out this friday. i played the demo on the ps3 and since playing it... i do not care for MW2 anymore. makes mw2 look so bad imo.

im getting it for the PC. iv already pre ordered my pc copy, just waiting to build my new pc hopefully by nxt wed.

Yeah bought it on steam, was annoying that they took the beta/demo down though, would have been nice to have something to play until it's released.

ordered my copy today. Says release is on Friday, but on the official EA site it says there is 2 days 6 hours count down until release... Strange. Looking forward to it. Dedicate servers here we come! :-) /wave @ MW2

Dawn of War 2: Chaos Rising is my next purchase (even if i fuming that a crappy expansion costs the same as the original game...play.com ftw) and then I may get Bad Company 2 if it proves to be as good as the hype is claiming

tbh, after playing the demo, i cannot think of a better FPS out there at the moment. (it doesnt come near the epicness of CSS ofcourse )

but seriously... MW2 is a pile of shite compared to this game (and this is based on the demo only)

the last battlefield game i played was battlefield 2 and that was a good few years ago with TP bravo and stuff (zoob, colin, aveng, chem, some others) and iv been playing MW2 alot (3rd prestige) but ever since playing the demo, iv been on MW2 a total of 1 hour? and i started playing the demo only about 2 weeks ago. iv totally given up on MW2 and am really considering selling my PS3 to go towards my new PC.

i dont like the fact that the steam version is a tenner more than the normal retail version but i suppose for auto downloading of the game, security that no1 is gna copy your cd key and auto patch updates, the tenners worth it in the long run.

My Bad company 2 was posted today so should get it tomoz. Played the PC beta and <3'd it. Not sure but the beta for PC did have its own auto updater i think, could be something else but pretty sure.

Didn't bother with MW2 because to me it was a reskinned MW1 so can't compare the 2 but BC2 is def one of the best FPS's i've played.

Spence, if you plan on getting avp for PC then watch out. Its the biggest let down i've ever had . They have a few issues that need sorting ASAP so wait a bit imo. Dedicated servers only just been released for it and there still a bit crappy.

The only bit i'm a bit sad about is the no prone, but since CS has no prone i can live with it. Can't wait!

yh i ordered my copy from gameplay but have now realised that that was a mistake as you cannot use that CD key to work with steam and since i have loads of people on steam, it would be alot better to get it on steam. so im gna send my game back when it arrives :/ tried to cancel the other day but they must not have gotten around to it in time and sent it anyway
