TwistedPlay TF2 Boys Join in on the winning ways!!

Now TwistedPlay are pretty much use to winning that we already know... it's just in our blood to be amazing at what ever we do... But few people have been keeping their eyes on the Team Fortress 2 boys and its about time we let everyone know just how well these MUDDY FUNSTERS!! have been getting on.....



The Team Fortress 2 Wireplay League Season Six has now been completed, where the TwistedPlay TF2 team have been competing in division 2b, with our very team being triumphant. They battled hard, winning there last 3 games, all of which were against the title contenders (eventually finishing 2nd, 3rd and 4th), leaving the team with five wins, 1 loss and 1 draw, earning themselves 27.11 points, which put them joint first with MysTix, who are a very respected French team, but due to round difference favouring our boys, TwistedPlay were crowned champions of the division leaving the table ending as shown...



This means the Team will now be competing for the overall title of Division 2, where they will face the undefeated division 2a winners the Russian team of Xen, which promises to be a tightly fought game for the single promotion spot into Division 1 next season.Team leader Sam 'SoniXzR' Holt had this to say

"Obviously we are pleased to have won the division, even if we could have done it more convincingly. Playing versus xen will definitely be the most difficult game of the season but we are pretty happy with the maps that have been chosen so I think we have what it takes to win it. After the game, we can chill out and enjoy the Summer until we start preparing for i40 where practice will start with our super-special solider merc, looking forward to it "

The game needs to be played by the 5th of August and will be advertised on the TwistedPlay website, where I hope we can get as much support from the TwistedPlay community as possible.
